The PWD line of merchandise is guaranteed to be exactly as represented. We will exchange any article
proven defective in workmanship or material, provided it was not damaged by alteration, improper application or neglect.
Should any problem occur which appears to be the fault of the product, please contact us and we shall issue written
authorization to be returned with the part. Whenever, in the sole opinion of PWD, an adjustment should
be made on the part, then we will do so. Shipping, labor, towing or any other costs are not included in
this warranty.

Return
Merchandise
may not be returned without written permission of PWD. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date
of the invoice. A handling charge of 15% will be made on all merchandise returned unless due to our error.
No Returns allowed on any electrical, special orders, books, installed or altered parts. Customer
must bear the cost of shipping on any return, regardless of the problem. Copies of invoice (s) must be
enclosed with all returns.
Claims, Damage in Transit
Claims for damage in shipment must be made by the consignee (you) to the freight forwarder as son as damage is discovered
upon receiving the goods. We are neither responsible for, nor in a position to make a claim after a carrier
accepts a shipment from us.
Claims, Shortage in Order
If you have not received the exact number of parcels we shipped to you, or if any of the cartons are damaged, then
you must file a claim with your delivering carrier as soon as possible. If you have received the correct
number of parcels indicated on the original bill of lading but find items missing, then contact PWD within 5 days of receipt.
Terms
No
orders will be shipped COD. Personal checks require 2-3 weeks for bank clearance before your order will
be processed. The most convenient method of payment is either Visa or MasterCard. When
placing your order, provide your card number, expiration date and cardholder’s name. When paying
by charge card you will be charged only for the parts being shipped and any shipping costs, i.e. postage if applicable.
Placing an order with PWD the buyer is entering into a legal contract. All parts and cars including special orders take
35-45 and up to 60 days to deliver after they arrive from japan. Cancelling your contract you are giving up
your rights to a refund and will contsitute the deposit to be forfeited. If any problems should arrise PWD legal department
will be in charge of any dispute, bounce check, credit card charge back. Customer will be responsible
for attoneys fees , court cost and any other expenses that should arrise. All legal documents will be filed in the courthouse located
in the city of Downey or any court in Los Angeles California. If there are any shortages or back orders at the
time of processing, then you will not be charged for these items. Should there be a back order on a prepaid
order (certified check or money order) we will hold the amount paid with the back order until the item is in stock.
If there is any overpayment with a prepaid order, then a refund check will be issued accordingly.
Shipping
PWD will charge the cost of
the freight for the order being shipped via the chosen method. For shipments that are overweight, oversize
or fragile we will advise the shipping costs before sending the order.
Cars & Parts
All our cars are in good
running conditions. cars are designated to be sold as parts (body,engine, transmision) , racing purposes or show demo
car and they are sold as is ,NO WARRANTIES. Buyer should be aware that this cars are sold without registration
papers , buyers should contact their local DMV office for information on this matter. Perez Wholesale will supply
the buyer with the adequate sale receipt of purchase. All sales are final. A 50% deposit is required when purchasing
one of our cars , final payment is due before car is shipped or picked up at our location. All orders constitute a contract
with PWD A 15% restocking, international paperwork fee will be charge to all cancel orders. A written cancellation letter from the purchaser is needed and needs
to be approved by any Perez Wholesale Distributor management agent. Refunds are handle thru our japan office
and can take up to 60 days. No COD is accepted. We do have a special order program available , call our office for
information on how to place and order. There is a thirty to forty five days delivery period. We do not supply any
car fax or engine diagnostic reports on any of our vehicles. Please be advise that most of our cars are sold before
they arrive to our office.

including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing
the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration
dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
